Arthur Boyd
Born into a lineage of gifted painters, potters, musicians and architects, Arthur Boyd became the most celebrated member, in Australia's cultural history, of the revered Boyd family. He was born in Murrumbeena, Victoria in 1920 where he first honed his craft, painting idyllic impressionist landscapes and portraits of the town.
